Marketing Temp

We are currently seeking a marketing temp who is available immediately – estimated end date of 12/31/2019.  This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating opportunities in the CRM and marketing info system, which includes all project data
• Ability to read and understand requirements in RFPs/RFQs
• Updating proposal templates
• Updating marketing collateral (SF330 forms, project library and project team resumes)
• Research client and market information
• Maintain and enhance the culture and core values of Cerami

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering space required
• Comfortable coordinating tasks and communicating with senior management
• Ability to multitask and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience in Deltek Vision, preferred but required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite/ InDesign, preferred but not required
